I've never heard of "bwana", but "pueblo" is fine. Unless I'm speaking
Spanish, I don't pronounce Puerto Rico with /pw/, I say /pOr\4/..., as if it
were spelled "Porto." As for names of particular foreign cities... I don't
think those should count. For example, if I'm talking about Tbilisi, I'll say
/tbilisi/ but /tb/'s certainly not an English consonant cluster, just
something you can do if you try.
