It IS time to call time on the timekeeping and measurement threads

   We're way off the (mostly relevant) topic of units for newly constructed
langauges and into the flame-prone terrritory of proposals to make the
world more logical by reforming some separable, but persistently unchanged
practice of many people. Please, those of you who feel the thread is worht prolonging,
move it to private email, or start a new "units-reform" list.
