Concerning pFU,
Citing a few examples from _The Saami Languages: An Introduction_
(Sammallahti), from PU to the present:
Of course, all examples are in FUPA, providing gems such as 'voiced
apical tense spirant' (probably [D] in X-SAMPA).
The following are X-SAMPA values:
Consonants: m n n_j N p t k x[1] tS ts_j s s_j S w D D_j j l r
Vowels: like Finnish, except [2] (AFAIK)
[1] It's value in FUPA is written as <x>, and is a place-holder for any
character. The example cited in PFU is <suxi->, <suhkat> /suhkaht/ "to row" in
North Sámi, probably related to Finnish <soutaa>.
Proto-Uralic cases: nominative, genitive (-n), accusative (-m), locative
(-na/nä), nom.pl (-t), oblique.pl suffix (-j-), acc.pl (-ti), abessive
(-ptak/ptäk).
That's all I can find.
