You're missing the Vocative on that list, me thinks.
There's a Introduction to Cases by Pytr Clark in Jack Durst's Conlang
FAQ: http://personalweb.sierra.net/~spynx/FAQ/cases.html. It explains
the difference between sub- and superessive, at least.
