I think the problem is that you're not sending your posts as plain text, but
as HTML. (I use Hotmail, and instead of seeing the fixed width font, like
Courier New or Andale, I saw a proportional font, which I change a lot from
plain-jane Times New Roman, to Garamond, to Tahoma, to Book Antiqua, to
Metropol...)
What do you use for your e-mail client? I reckon you could just go into
Options and find somewhere that mentions sending e-mail in fixed width or
HTML.
It would be much better if you went in plain text anyway, since a lot of us
can't read HTML. It appears to some as a bunch of HTML commands in plain
text, making the message hard to read. (You know, something like <font
size=3><b>Conlang</b><p> or however it goes.)
