Young Conlangers, AND a Suggestion regarding this list

Firstly, in response to Joe, I'm also under 18, I'm 17.

Secondly, I suggest there be formed a new mailinglist parallelly with
Conlang, to reduce the load of mail on the main list. This parallell list
would
be a place where off-topic debate could be held, and debates slipping OT
here could be redirected there.

Thus, those who wouldn't want this OT-material could get rid of it easily
(by simply not subscribing to this "Offlang" list), and to those who
OT-threads is part of what makes Conlang the nice place it is, it's possible
to keep it.
    Of course, if an off-topic thread's ontopicness is restored through some
obConlang comments or something, the discussion would be welcome back.
    A thread of some interest for those only on the motherlist, could be
summarized and posted in a shortened form later on on this list.
