No, Pentecost commemorates an event described in the New Testament,
and always falls (as the name indicates) 50 days after Easter.

No accident: the Last Supper was a seder of sorts, though not a formal
one. But technically Easter is the first Sunday after the first
full moon after the vernal equinox, although the "moon" in question
is not the physical moon but a virtual moon that orbits in precisely
29.5 days...
