Somewhat reminiscent of the Tokana (who used to be part of a now-
defunct empire). The Tokana normally have three names: Matrilineal
Clan Name + Patrilineal Clan Name + Given Name. But in dealings
with other peoples, the Tokana add an additional a 'tribal' surname,
namely "Tokana".
