You could make is a little less ambiguous by introducing intervocalic
voicing or fricitivisation, any maybe use a long vowel in CV syllables,
and a short one in CVC:
Voicing Fricitivisation
================ ===========================
1 kó [ko:] kó [ko:]
10 kógó [ko:go:] kókó [ko:Co:] or [ko:xo:]
11 kok kó [kok ko:] kok kó [kok ko:]
