The kataro problem

Just curious: is there a name for the kind of
ambiguity that arises when you have, in a language,
some homophones caused by "excessively" productive
inflections or affixes? I mean, like the classic
one in Esperanto, katar-o "catarrh" vs. kat-ar-o
"pack of cats".

I think I'm having that problem in Drasel=E9q now,
after some long-needed revisions. Not that it's
a BIG problem.
