Most of these folks are actually interested in Star Trek and would�love to get
Okrand's take on whatever they were doing, even if�it weren't a requirement,
so perhaps this isn't a good test case. It'd�need to be a case where someone
wanted to use the language, but�didn't want or care about the creator's
