As long as you're listing dates: Olaetyan was started sometime around 1979
or maybe even 1978. The earliest known dated text is from 1980.

From the creation date of the file (fortunately, Microsoft Word keeps track
of this!), Chispa (aka Cispa), the language of the Mizarian rat-people, was
created in 1991. The creation date of the Zireen language file is also
1991, but the language itself was based on some earlier handwritten notes
(unfortunately undated).
