From the creation date of the file (fortunately, Microsoft Word keeps track
of this!), Chispa (aka Cispa), the language of the Mizarian rat-people, was
created in 1991. The creation date of the Zireen language file is also
1991, but the language itself was based on some earlier handwritten notes
(unfortunately undated).
