Schoon can mean beautiful in Dutch, too. Especially in Belgium. I remember a barmaid saying to my mother 'Ge hebt schone kindekes, mevrouw.' In standard Dutch the meaning is restricted to set situations 'schone jonkvrouwe'. Boudewijn Rempt | http://www.valdyas.org
