Llirine would naturally be .ll, but as the last inhabitants interested
in communication with humans are about to be evacuated lest they be
slaughtered by the Drakul, it's not likely to be nessecary.
Most country codes starting with s are already taken, so Sherall could
take .ss, but more likely would explain to Earth that they have the more
advanced system and it's of more interest to us to get access to their
data than vice versa, so we should use their system, which has nothing
so crude as two letter country codes.
