It already exists, but is a dead language, sort of:

(There are some spelling differences between ME and
EarlyModE however: most notably they (alas) replaced _þ_
with th and introduced _ea_ and _oa_ to distinguish /E:/
from _ee_ /e:/ and /O:/ from _oo_ /o:/. Then came the Great
Vowel Shift and ruined everything...
BTW there was a period in EarlyModE when some writers used
_aa_ in words lake _gaat_ 'gate'. A shame it didn't catch
on...)
