Ebisedian doesn't distinguish between 2nd and 3rd person either. :-)
Rather, it has a intimate/distant distinction, used to refer to close
friends or strangers/opponents, respectively. It is generally understood
who the speaker is referring to, by knowing who he regards as friend and
who as stranger. (It is, of course, also good occasion to make laughing
stock of those who haven't been paying attention.)
