Well, congratulations in advance!

This was the case with my previous girlfriend. I met her when we both took Lingustics 101 as well, but I cannot for the life of me imagine her conlang. I guess she lacked that introspect imagination, which is a very endearing quality of Jessica (i.e. my present girlfriend.) Jessica's told me that she concultures as well. I'll meet her tonight, and I'll give you an update tomorrow on what happens. :)

I've learned that Coní should really be Còní, where a grave accent marks a long vowel and an acute accent marks a short vowel. Seems a bit redundant to me. There are also circumflex accents, but I'm not sure what they do. And all vowels can be prepalatalized, which is marked by diaraesis. Definitely Russian influence there. :) I'll try to make her join this list. Perhaps I can even get her to take Sally's survey?

David Peterson and his ex-girlfriend Meg? Out of which came Megdevi, if I'm not mistaken. He's not on the list for the moment, though. Is he? And they're not a couple. And I'm not sure if she actually was a conlanger. But still! I wonder if there will ever be a Jesdeni. :) Daniel Andreasson
