Hehe, I must say I never read Rick Morneau's Lexical Semantics. Maybe I should,
but I've always been put off by the fact that people said it was really
relevant only for people wanting to create IALs or logical languages, two
domains I've never been interested in. But is it worth to read also for
naturalistic conlanging?

Well, we do have discussions about constructed writing systems too, although
the medium makes it a bit difficult :)) .
