It'd be _less_ useful, but there are comments on various natlang
features. Even a naturalistic language can have novel features, and
you could certainly find some inspiration. But it is very long - I've
never finished it myself, which is why I'm so happy about Mike S's
HTML version. Have you read Morneau's (much, much) shorter essays?
