I have the same experience, except that water doesn't have "no feel". It feels
something, but not wet (I can't be more precise, but well, it's in dreams :) ).
Usually I can even breathe in water (but in fact there is nothing I cannot do in
my dreams, so I shouldn't be surprised :)) ).

And what about a dream I had a few weeks ago where I was exploring the world to
find the Magic Fork? And I still don't know why I was doing that, but I remember
that some evil-intented people wanted it too...
