An ambiguity the old It's Pat skits on SNL exploited. :-) In Utakassí, it's impossible to make that error. Names are always preceded by a name-particle, for women it's tá, for men it's kús. Thus, Yoon Ha Lee would've gone by something like Tá Iún Á Lí, while if that had been a male name, it would've been *Kús Iún Á Lí. Thus, just by glancing at that, you'd know. Kús naSilánis, naGlisáki
