I think she means that when there's water in her dreams, it never feels
wet.  I have the same experience.  The sense of touch is otherwise
intact, it's just that water has no feel.

Well, it's better than the dream I had where I had to hijack a train
going to Bulgaria or something like that with a girl who looked
suspiciously like Jennifer Lopez ... :-)  Don't know why we were going
to hijack it or anything like that.
