"Bravo". Even though English is my mother tongue, I have never expected
anyone to whole-sale translate anything, whether on the WEB or in hardcopy,
into English. I can read and, with varying frequencies of inaccuracies,
write German, French, Esperanto. I'm teaching myself Intertlingua (though it
seems that may be surplanted by "2004"). I was delighted to realize that I
can read & make at least some sense from Dutch.
I believe some senability is required. Were I to publish a site in Tsalagi,
then I'd not expect the data on that site to reach many people (speaking
population for Tsalagi is about 25K individuals).
