Searching the Conlang archive

Does anyone know what's up with searching the archive at http://
archives.conlang.info? When I type in a search term, I get a screen
saying something like:

But the redirection never happens; it just eventually times out.

Also, the URL in the address bar says <http://server2.5n4.com/
suspended.page/?
__new_url=aHR0cDovL3d3dy5nb29nbGUuY29tL3NlYXJjaD9udW09NTAmcT1iaWxhYmlhbC

xhbmcuaW5mbw%3D%3D%0A>. The "suspended.page" part seems suspicious to
me.

Why are the search terms going through a proxy, anyway?
