I guess if we're going to make an excercise out of this... In Talarian it would be palacarattar, /p@l&k&r@ttar/ sort of. -attar, of course, is the "foreign person" suffix. I guess -ley simply gets dropped off.

Talarian doesn't have [b]; and I don't think it allowa [pl].
