First of all, it's rich not *ruch, an obvious reversed dialectal Techism where u becomes i via a mediary i-bar (the same sound as Russian bI) or y (German u-umlaut). Also, if you're not familiar with the really unique Ge'ez syllabry, it originated from Epigraphic South Arabian as used by the Sabaens, and developed into a syllabry using various alterations of the forms of each consonant for each CV combination (and in many cases CwV). The traditional typeface resembles to me characters that take the forms of humans, animals, trees and such. I'll post a page on it very soon. ~Danny~ _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get your free @yahoo.com address at http://mail.yahoo.com
