You note on the site that it seems to only work when Wordperfect is
installed? I think the reason is that you used Wordperfect fonts in
the document, which is why Acrobat says that the Wordperfect font is
not found, and that some characters may not display properly.
You could possibly switch to Unicode if you wanted to, which would
allow a wider range of characters that would work for more people.
