Since you allow (T)(S)V(C), |koutre| would be possible, wouldn't it? And IIRC it's |ou| which is pronounced as [o:] (you see, I followed your previous mails :)) ).

Then I understand the use of glides for long vowels. It's basically what Arabic does.

:)) Great minds think alike :) .

It doesn't bother me actually. In fact, there's no letter whose shape I really dislike. There's always a way to write them nicely (for instance, I don't like much the shape of k, but write it shorter, and you obtain kappa that I like quite much :)) . But as a rule I often prefer the Greeek letters to their Latin counterparts :)) ).

Well, Nazgul is pretty phonetic :)) . Here it's everything but phonetic :)) .

Well, I did read those posts. I just didn't have anything intelligent to reply to them, so I basically shut up.

Well, I'm still there :) . See, it doesn't drive people away (at least not me, but it's difficult to drive me away even if you want it :)) ). Christophe. http://rainbow.conlang.free.fr Take your life as a movie: do not let anybody else play the leading role.
