Have a look at my Jameld dictionary (www.zolid.com/zm/dict.htm). I keep all
my lexicon in an Access database, and I've written code which outputs the
dictionary itself as a formatted Word file, with font changes and so on as
you describe. The dict you see is as it comes out of Access, with only minor
tidying required (letter headings etc.). The system might be appropriate for
your conlang.
