Well, as long as we're talking about conlangs, Standard Watakass=ED used
to have only one affricate, /tS/, while fricatives are /f/, /s/, /S/,
/C/, /v/, /z/, /Z/, so it does distinguish voicing in fricatives. It
later developed /dZ/ from a contraction of /daZ/ and /datS/ (which is
why it's written as <dzy> or <dty>), and later by borrowing, mostly from
other dialects that had developed /dZ/ from /dj/ and/or /gj/
