I need to do some more work on gjax-zym-byn to support this.
I encountered a couple of things like this in translating the
parable of the Good Samaritan - where the Greek had a participial
verb phrase modifying a finite clause, I had to translate it with two
finite clauses joined by a conjunction, because I have no participles
as such in gzb. Or rather, I had a participial construction that has dropped
out of use because I wasn't happy with it. When I eventually
figure out how I'm going to handle participles, I'll probably revise
this translation.
