Yes, but there are also artificially-flavored drinks that use the
term "lemonade" because they are intended to taste the same. There
are also "lemonade" sodas which like other sodas contain little or
no natural flavor just as "cherry soda" isn't likely to have any
cherry juice in it.

But orangeade would be made from orange juice. Orange soda is
really just sugar, water and a little flavoring.
