'sright. Esperantists can put up candidates in the UK if they want - as
can Novialists, speakers of Klingon or Modern Yiklamu Universalists - or
any other groups. The only legal constraint is on groups that openly
preach prejudice against others - and even here some groups tread a very
fine line :=(
