Worked fine for me.
A very fascinating and complex language, though the complexity may be only
_apparent_ due to the rather...idiosyncratic... terminology ("first order,
second order" as just one example).  For my personal taste, it could have
done with a LOT more examples of how things work...but for sure I need to
study it more. It would be interesting if Andy would take a stab at some of
the Weekly Vocab. sentences, with perhaps a lot of explanation....

BTW, perhaps as a function of the conversion to pdf-- some of the phonetic
material (in bold) is not totally clear unless one magnifies it, it's sort
of all scrunched up together.  Normal text in bold is OK.
