Yes, it looks somewhat complex but I also sensed the lots of thinking
that have been put into the various details of the language. And yes,
it requires much more studying effort. And a third yes: More examples
would help a great deal to figure out how it actually works.
The terminology of the document seems quite unusual to me as well but
since I am currently preparing my own conlang for presentation to this
list, I recently came to know the limitations of well-established terms
when dealing with non-standard ideas. Unusual concepts require unusual
terms. :-))

Hm, using a considerably low screen resolution of 800x600 things look
