  Ooo! What a good idea! I could do this! And it'd be
a different sort of relay, since the changes we expect
from a relay would have to be minimized!

  If people want to, I'll provide three basic recipes,
and each step in the relay would take 3 days to a
week. I'll wait and see what you folks think would be
best. Any takers?
