Right, that's your only source of [h], isn't it. That makes things a bit
trickier. I think the solution, then, is not to make 11 later but to make
10 earlier: before 7 so that [T] > [h] is out of the way for the
palatalization of the dentals, but after 6 so that your new fricatives don't
voice intervocalically. How about this, also taking the opportunity to put
both affrications together?
