What do you say when you want to say it, then? I'd imagine something
like "three men, that is, these" or "these men, three of them".
Valdyan has only demonstrative adverbs, _jat_ "here" and _jom_
"there", which also serve adjectivally as "this" and "that". They're
very easily compounded; _ayat_, for instance, "every here", means
"around here" and _sayom_ "some there" means "somewhere, but not
here".
