I can make some whistles voiced, but not reliably. When I produce them I
don't think I hum, but the aerodynmaics that produce the whistle are
distorted, producing an odd sort of buzzing.  They'd be interesting to
include in a non-human language, but not in one that I'd actually plan on
speaking!
