I found it as an option in the language settings for Google.
Yep, Google also has Klingon, but unfortunately AFAIK still
not Quenya or Sindarin.

Ever heard of the "Hühnersprache"? Die-hie-le-fie
Hüh-hüh-le-füh-ner-her-le-fer-sprach-hach-le-fach-e-he-le-fe
funk-hunk-le-funk-tio-hio-le-fio-niert-hiert-le-fiert
so-ho-le-fo. This should work with any language, but the
English and French spelling destroys everything, as usual.
The system is actually very easy, but a buddy of mine has
not understood it yet. I've even written a little PHP
script for it some time ago.
A bit that is a little *gasp* about Hühnersprache (Chicken
speech) is when you have a syllable with [Ik], which turns
into [Ik.hIk.le.fIk] -- ["fIk@n <mailto:fIk@n>] of course is cognate to
English "to f**k".
