Lisboa, AFAIK, or even Lisbõa. The only source I can find right now is the CD "LISBOA, Cidade de Fado" with the name in capital letters so any accents don't show.

Warsaw. Can't think of the Polish spelling right now. Varsovia is the Latin name.
