if we're doing big/important, then the uk should have
had birmingham ( second biggest city )
cardiff/caerdydd ( capital of wales ) edinburgh/dín
éideann ( capital of scotland ) belfast ( dunno the
gaelic, nor indeed the ulster scots ) ( capital of
northern ireland )
then there's coventry ( former capital iirc ) and
canterbury ( site of main cathedral )
and then of course there's westminster, which is a
city in its own right as well as being half of london
( with the city of london, as well as numerous towns
and villages )
anyway, i'm getting very verbose for someone who
doesn't know anything about geography . . . and i
still haven't mentioned manchester, leeds, bradford .
