Yup, but it's not the capital; Jerusalem is.
I remember seeing "Palestinian Authority" on the original list... the
capital of that is (i think) Ramallah, with other large cities being Gaza
City and Jericho. Haifa should probably be added to the Israel list,
too. It's pretty big.
