What about "Atlantic" or "Atlas"? Surely you have [tl] there?
Uatakassí has only one phonemic liquid, /l/, which is pronounced [r]
(specifically, alveolar approximate) after other alveolar consonants.
Thus, {tla} = [tra]. Later descendants simplified [zr] into [r],
creating a phonemic /r/. (Tho one of limited distribution, namely, can
only occur word-initially, intervocalically, or after /t d n s/)
