I like "Pilovese." It puts me in mind of an operetta. "My Lady, the
Pilovese ambassador is here." Rather like the Grand Duchy of Fenwick!
I'll hazard some guesses:
Hebrew: pilovi, pilovith
Swahili: kipilova
Haitian Creole: pilove (analogous to franse and angle)
Rumanian: pilovetse (there should be a comma under the s)
Hungarian: pilovul
Ecclesiastical Latin: (lingua) pilovica
Senjecan: if the name of the country is Pilova, then pilôvmhas. If
the name of the country is Pilovia, then pilôvïmhas. The
construction is based on the adjectival suffix `mhis' = pertaining
to, used as an abstract noun in mhas. (mh = /m_0/)
