*sigh* It seems I've not been understood (perhaps 'omit' was the wrong word, I was referring to, what Chris Bates refer to: "... I am talking about when there is no ommited argument to be guessed from the context."). Perhaps I'd need clarify myself - I think this is a case were mr. Wittgenstein was right. However, I'll drop from this thread.
