No, "2 Peter" is simply the biblical book in question, the Second Epistle of
(i.e. "by") Peter. The joke here is "dumb ass", which in this context
means "unspeaking donkey", but in modern American is a vulgar idiom for
"fool", almost certainly containing ARSE.
