Look at ctan.org for the "lexikon" style. The example .tex file with it does
not demonstrate the extent of its capabilities, since it only shows the
"singlelanguage" mode, rather than the "duallanguage" mode, which looks much
more similar to what you probably have in mind.
If you need any help with it, I'd be happy to help. I've also created a
slightly modified version for Pydima (the dictionary program I am writing)
that I will distribute with it.
