Yep: <http://www.sil.org/ethnologue/names/AA-AM.html>. That page is
just A-AM, but has links to all the other pages at the top.

No, don't worry. I know that I certainly miss snippets of what people
say frequently. The tendency to jump in on a thread you haven't been monitoring
can sometimes be overwhelming. :)
