White is definitely definite, but there are dark blues that are practically indistinguishable from black to my eyes in certain lights, especially with lighter blues around. I bought some very-dark-blue pants for work thinking they were black because it was inside a shop (with non-natural light) and they were with some lighter blue ones. With my uniform top (this is for work; I work at a supermarket. My school uniform is a proper one with college pants and a blazer and such) in the sun, they look much bluer. Tristan.
